The Company, Newsletterexpress.ca, a division of Pro-Biz believes that the responsible use of personal information collected is critical to our business objectives and reputation. As part of our commitment to privacy, we want subscribers to fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the capture and use of that information.

Our Policy
We believe in 100% permission based marketing. Your subscription occurs when you register for services, either via registration at our website, via co-registration at a marketing partner's website, or via a permission mailing. We collect personally identifiable information about our subscribers, based upon the information gathered at the time of registration, subsequent electronic mailings and website usage, and information provided by marketing partners.

The Company uses subscriber information for our own promotional and sales activities, as well as to support the promotional and sales activities of our clients or our marketing partners.

Opt Out or Unsubscribe
By submitting data on the Site, you are providing explicit consent to the aforementioned. Subscribers may unsubscribe to our electronic mailings at any time by following the instructions contained within our electronic mailings, or by unsubscribing via the Company's website. If you no longer wish to receive information from us, please contact us via email and we will remove you from our database immediately. Our personnel who have access to the data have been trained to maintain the confidentiality of such information. We recognize the responsibility for protecting the privacy of your personal information. If you have questions or comments about our administration of your personal information, please contact us at privacy@newsletterexpress.ca. You may also use this email address to communicate any concerns you may have regarding compliance with our Privacy Policy. Please allow up to 72 hours for the removal process to be complete.

Privacy
All information provided to the Company about a subscriber, as well as any additional information we may lawfully collect regarding a subscriber, may be used to support our services and data sharing with marketing companies, advertising agencies, compilers, and data companies. The Company does not control the practices of our advertisers or third party marketers, who may further disseminate personally identifiable information, including demographic and lifestyle data.

The information contained and accessed is for general guidance and is intended to offer the user general information of interest. The information provided is not intended to replace or serve as a substitute for any legal or other professional advice, consultation or service. Therefore, the information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness and completeness.

The Company provides the usage of its acquired e-mail addresses for communication of information via e-mail broadcasting to a list of recipients. In no event shall Cody Montana Integrated Inc., its related partners, managing directors, principals, agents or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, consequential or other damages whatsoever for said usage of their personal data (including, but not limited to, liability for loss of use, data or profits), without regard to the form of any action, including but not limited to contract, negligence or other tortuous actions, arising out of or in connection with the Site, any content on or accessed by use of the Site, or any copying, display or other use hereof.

Subscription status, unsubscribe request activity, and personally identifiable information is made publicly available for the purpose of checking subscription status and verifying opt-in or opt-out permission issues. Company emails and websites contain links to external websites. Subscribers will be taken to external websites if they click on these links. The subscriber's information may be passed from the Company’s database to the external website. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any external website owner. We encourage all subscribers to review the privacy policy of any website they visit.


This Agreement constitutes a single integrated written contract expressing the entire agreement of the parties relative to the subject matter hereof. No recitals, covenants, agreements, representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever have been made and/or relied upon by any party, except as specifically set forth in this Agreement. All prior discussions and negotiations have been and are merged and integrated into, and are superseded by, this Agreement. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing, executed by the parties.
